The DKIM record, on the other hand, is a specially formatted DNS TXT record that stores the public key the receiving mail server will use to verify a message&#8217;s signature. These email authentication methods will be used to prove to ISPs and mail services that senders are truly authorized to send emails from a particular domain and are a way of verifying your email-sending server is sending emails through your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" id=\"spf-yes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-configuring-spf\"><strong>The process of configuring SPF<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to authenticate Adestra on SPF, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login and head to your DNS Zone provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new TXT record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS name as @ or your domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS value as v=spf1 include:msgfocus.com ~all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait up to 72 hours to allow your DNS to process the changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The screenshot below will show you an example of the SPF record. <strong>We\u2019ll be using CloudFlare for this example.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/ySlRZxPYF1uHx1kckJ477-2dxNK-4cg1wxygi20coGcU_HHmBoIcdnYW8gA5eS8qRJypJkx4enmHLaxCQ8ZFwVCIX-LUw8HmzKkHAFQxLSImPEU-E7mkbnTpT5PmUYC-SfdftrW5iFZEvEmTvQX9AFw\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note: <\/strong>Each domain must have only one SPF TXT Record.
