The DKIM record, on the other hand, is a specially formatted DNS TXT record that stores the public key the receiving mail server will use to verify a message&#8217;s signature. These email authentication methods will be used to prove to ISPs and mail services that senders are truly authorized to send email from a particular domain and are a way of verifying your email sending server is sending emails through your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-authenticating-email-sender-spf-and-dkim\"><strong>The process of authenticating Email Sender, SPF, and DKIM<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to authenticate your sender, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the upper right-corner menu and click Senders. If you haven&#8217;t added a sender yet, do so now.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you&#8217;ve added the sender, click the Authenticate button alongside it.<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/QMAB5ffq2SVNqmTF9Q_tcfqCpVsju8RhnRdPsFCS9x127Smny8zEDaVdevIiCwoz3yTnHcxOjYbpWCZaqVcwG2P6qjPF4tvoIrERyJaBDs7fDjvyapMkCaIF6r97TcCmjPtSko1ZjpZVN8tI2MkRH78\" width=\"560\" height=\"285\"\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on \u201cI\u2019ll do it myself\u201d in the appeared window<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/iRBUD3ZVSSQ4qY8U5H_WlcwkxZElolz94ZX6aQFH3kYfKmbIRurx5eXJInnSeHA07W6gUj2CKhdH9tz1-TQjxnTLe2ePk0EpsytxYgJJyQPOo07mUYKs4_tKep8qL1drLhfcEc09Vz4SlsTZvNwohLg\" width=\"624\" height=\"359\"\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;In the next window, choose your domain\u2019s host service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In order to authenticate E-goi on SPF, please follow these steps:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login and head to your DNS Zone provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new TXT record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS name as @ or your domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS value as v=spf1 include:_spf.kmitd.com ~all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the record<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The screenshot below will show you an example of the SPF record. <strong>We\u2019ll be using CloudFlare for this example.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"215\" src=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2-1024x215.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43383\" srcset=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2-1024x215.png 1024w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2-300x63.png 300w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2-768x161.png 768w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2-1536x323.png 1536w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2-1200x252.png 1200w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-2.png 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note: <\/strong>Each domain must have only one SPF TXT Record. If you have multiple SPF Records<strong>, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/spf-too-many-dns-lookups-error\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SPF will return a PermError<\/strong><\/a><strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are using multiple IPs, ESPs, Third-Party services for your various email strategies, you should include them in a single SPF Record.<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong><em>E.g v=spf1 ip4:18.57.156.221 include:_spf.kmitd.com include:thirdpartyservice.com ~all<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. In order to authenticate E-goi on DKIM, you need to create a TXT record.
