{"id":39005,"date":"2023-11-21T08:22:58","date_gmt":"2023-11-21T08:22:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/?p=39005"},"modified":"2025-05-22T13:49:24","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T13:49:24","slug":"kashflow-spf-and-dkim-configuration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/kashflow-spf-and-dkim-configuration\/","title":{"rendered":"KashFlow SPF and DKIM configuration: Step By Step Guideline"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This instructional article will demonstrate the KashFlow configuration process of Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Signatures to ensure KashFlow passes the DMARC alignment check and eliminates spam from your domain, and increases security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SPF record identifies the mail servers and domains that are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. The DKIM record, on the other hand, is a specially formatted DNS TXT record that stores the public key the receiving mail server will use to verify a message&#8217;s signature. These email authentication methods will be used to prove to ISPs and mail services that senders are truly authorized to send emails from a particular domain and are a way of verifying your email-sending server is sending emails through your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" id=\"spf-yes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-configuring-spf\"><strong>The process of configuring SPF<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to authenticate KashFlow on SPF, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login and head to your DNS Zone provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new TXT record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS name as @ or your domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS value as v=spf1 include:spf.kashflow.com ~all<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait up to 72 hours to allow your DNS to process the changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The screenshot below will show you an example of the SPF record. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We\u2019ll be using CloudFlare for this example.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"172\" src=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-10-12-at-18.10.27-1024x172.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39006\" srcset=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-10-12-at-18.10.27-1024x172.png 1024w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-10-12-at-18.10.27-300x50.png 300w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-10-12-at-18.10.27-768x129.png 768w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Screenshot-2023-10-12-at-18.10.27.png 1184w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note: <\/strong>Each domain must have only one SPF TXT Record.
