The DKIM record, on the other hand, is a specially formatted DNS TXT record that stores the public key the receiving mail server will use to verify a message&#8217;s signature. These email authentication methods will be used to prove to ISPs and mail services that senders are truly authorized to send emails from a particular domain and are a way of verifying your email-sending server is sending emails through your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" id=\"spf-yes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-configuring-spf\"><strong>The process of configuring SPF<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to authenticate Kreativmedia on SPF, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login and head to your DNS Zone provider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new TXT record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS name as @ or your domain name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are using Web Hosting, input DNS value as<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>v=spf1 include:_spf.kreativmedia.ch ~all<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are using Reseller Hosting, input DNS value as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>v=spf1 include:_spf.ch-dns.net ~all<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Save the record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait up to 72 hours to allow your DNS to process the changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The screenshot below will show you an example of the SPF record. <strong>We\u2019ll be using CloudFlare for this example.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/D7SZJnVsbpaPbn3HjVRyfm8AGqt_JKQJAdrKlzRC5-Nl-7aFMmr4LRVhgjJBgwkvrncokzYHvirz8ccL8luQ4pTfbRxx3rfs1d_-kavtqhXkMfaHtivvkcnWnmE-L6VwX7sam47JTUooiAQyIBcRZUI\"\/><strong>Important Note: Each domain must have only one SPF TXT Record. If you have multiple SPF Records, <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/spf-too-many-dns-lookups-error\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SPF will return a PermError<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you are using multiple IPs, ESPs, Third-Party services for your various email strategies, you should include them in a single SPF Record.<\/strong><strong><br \/><\/strong><em>E.g v=spf1 ip4:18.57.156.221 include:bmsend.com include:thirdpartyservice.com ~all<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" id=\"dkim-yes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-configuring-dkim\"><strong>The process of configuring DKIM<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to authenticate Kreativmedia on DKIM, you need to create a CNAME record. Please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login to Plesk &gt; Websites &amp; Domains<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select domain and open email settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activate the \u201cUse DKIM spam protection\u201d option and confirm with OK<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/uZO8BdRFy_RFMr1YPDMLlm1IIJ0d0OogSLPbBhLHUWPfpKx7wfomzv9jPeOlEwnV96VqFz2kGShZ1lqBC6zYSGsfZ2PVZgK4658DDu6upqNfCLyNqQ_BJFQQvuE_U0oUrqAwaXth63LnfNcZpqSLuk4\" width=\"600\" height=\"341\"\/><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By activating the check mark and clicking &#8220;OK&#8221;, DKIM is activated and a DNS entry is automatically written in the DNS zone of the domain,
