The DKIM record, on the other hand, is a specially formatted DNS TXT record that stores the public key the receiving mail server will use to verify a message&#8217;s signature. These email authentication methods will be used to prove to ISPs and mail services that senders are truly authorized to send email from a particular domain and are a way of verifying your email-sending server is sending emails through your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" id=\"spf-yes\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-configuring-spf\"><strong>The process of configuring SPF<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to authenticate Odoo on SPF, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Head to your DNS zone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create a new TXT record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS name as <strong>@<\/strong> or your <strong>domain name<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Input the DNS value as <strong>v=spf1 include:_spf.odoo.com ~all<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Save the record<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait up to 72 hours to allow your DNS to process the changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The screenshot below will show you an example of the SPF record. <strong>We\u2019ll be using CloudFlare for this example.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/lNQ4CqA9eS571ZPWZFQdhdt8iED-9EJWe_Nf41lGSD2a0EYvOnTo5hNKqYvEXL-AOb0cCNyuR1Ta8HQwTh0-iGO7nc-nnm6xBnuAbj6rXBib9udUzX4p8xpnaCY7QfMXpDqVaKFWXlStudJE9GNP3zc\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Note: <\/strong>Each domain must have only one SPF TXT Record. In the Alias Domain section, write your domain name instead of the default domain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>  4. only<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"vg_note\"><strong>Important note:<\/strong> If the provider recommends publishing also a DMARC record, there\u2019s no need to do so if you already have a DMARC record in place, as each domain can only have one DMARC record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations, you now successfully authenticated your outgoing mail stream from Odoo with SPF and
