It also provided centralized billing for the EasyDMARC product from the ConnectWise ecosystem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After taking feedback from our MSPs, we&#8217;re happy to share that we\u2019ve subsequently made some changes that will improve your experience when setting up and managing the ConnectWise PSA integration. Here\u2019s more about the enhancements we\u2019ve made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Redesigned Page for Alerting\/Ticketing Mapping<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve simplified the alert selection and mapping process so it\u2019s easier and faster to choose which alerts you want to map with your Ticketing Service Board in ConnectWise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXex0koksD0Kpsg-tPapbmnC_vIg9vYvzka60m4yGhD32eG4r0kByNJ3BydL7TNIDCHWdyeuFseCUYqpo5YHy6d_4Q302yHoqMnrFJAGEkug_q3-vatbwM4Gxcgjw7mQsyQ3HGYVCw9JmlpJQMu0C1Wju6Yk?key=W13Q587EWB-SH9nTK9U-gg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Option to Define Custom Product Invoice Description<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make mapped customer invoicing more customized, we\u2019ve added a Product Invoice Description field so you can add more details on line items. You can also choose whether you want to include domain names. Previously, there was only the option of using a domain name for invoice lines.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXclbv_TwW4dpD8jKpUvwcY3-GRZKeCbkCmCOmOfpqBkIsjvKgedjkkV1mJMmVzVeIyh_dxWDEXoHZqDc7SJNOYC16TgSawjWn7X_y-CAeeHB8fvGzmK0kHp8AwTJfKNYDOR16_jEUc-zXji705ThIIFnIY?key=W13Q587EWB-SH9nTK9U-gg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>No-Charge Billing Option<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, you could choose from two billing options for your customers:\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Billable <\/strong>\u2013 domains are added to the invoice with a corresponding price<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Not Billable<\/strong> \u2013 domains are reported as additions, but when the invoice is created, they are not included.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Now there is a third option, <strong>No-charge, <\/strong>which<strong> <\/strong>adds the domains to your customer\u2019s invoice but shows at a cost price of $0 or \u20ac0. This makes it easy for you to track the cost of the EasyDMARC&nbsp;product in ConnectWise, even if you don\u2019t directly charge your customers for DMARC solutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"697\" height=\"329\" src=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42565\" srcset=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-1.png 697w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/image-1-300x142.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Additional Filtering Options for Customer Mapping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We know that MSPs can have hundreds of companies added in ConnectWise, and you need to be able to sort through them quickly. To make customer mapping easier, we\u2019ve added two more filters \u2013 Status (Active, Suspended, etc.) and Type (Customer, Distributor, Partner, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-rt.googleusercontent.com\/docsz\/AD_4nXfeX2smZda70pxg7Bi87CAMU1WHDdXW4C5WjcpHbFaQovlsuYdeg0vcE7S1Wy_ihg4BrorINYs3vfA6be6dQ9U2hJ_vCiIEGxIbE4ue7eJlrdALx9S_kLozNgXJsp1yHFghNxjUl6GycDot9gX_Ar5ADLnr?key=W13Q587EWB-SH9nTK9U-gg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope these enhancements will make your EasyDMARC and ConnectWise experience even better.
