HaloPSA is an all-in-one software platform that enables MSPs to plan, manage, and track their projects and client business. Each Sending Domain is saved as a subscription under the respective Customer\u2019s account (based on the mapping in the next step). Customer Mapping<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer mapping between the two platforms is based on Domain Groups (EasyDMARC) and Customers (HaloPSA). Tickets are created by various triggers, such as an email, incoming call, report, alert, or portal request.
