This upgrade introduces a new \u201cEmail Volume\u201d category, allowing for precise monitoring of email behavior across four DMARC compliance sub-categories: Compliant, Non-compliant, Threat\/Unknown, and Forwarded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-this-benefits-our-customers\"><strong>How This Benefits Our Customers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>With this enhancement, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pinpoint Compliance Issues:<\/strong> Easily identify and address email authentication gaps, such as a rise in Threat\/Unknown emails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ensure Enhanced Source Detection: <\/strong>Quickly identify not-configured and non-compliant email sources with improved tracking of authentication rollouts, ensuring unauthorized senders and misconfigured sources are promptly detected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Get Improved Visibility:<\/strong> Gain granular insights into domain-specific email volume and compliance trends.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reduce Manual Oversight:<\/strong> Automated alerts ensure you\u2019re notified of critical compliance shifts without constant monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-features-and-capabilities\"><strong>Key Features and Capabilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-flexible-threshold-logic\"><strong>1. Flexible Threshold Logic<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our Enhanced Alerting System introduces a more flexible and intuitive approach to monitoring email authentication. You can now set alert thresholds based on percentages or fixed numbers, allowing you to fine-tune monitoring based on your specific needs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This flexibility accommodates various use cases, whether tracking relative compliance shifts or absolute volume spikes. For example, you can configure alerts for scenarios such as \u201cNon-compliant email volume exceeding 20% or 20 emails,\u201d making it easier to monitor your domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-total-volume-tracking\"><strong>2. Total Volume Tracking<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To further enhance visibility, we\u2019ve introduced a \u201cTotal Volume\u201d tracking option. Instead of percentages, this feature provides a raw count of all emails, helping you better understand your email flow.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Email Volume Category Alerts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The new \u201cEmail Volume\u201d category expands alerting functionality by breaking email traffic into four compliance-based sub-categories: Compliant, Non-compliant, Threat\/Unknown, and Forwarded.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can configure alerts for individual domains or groups of domains, ensuring you receive timely notifications<strong> <\/strong>so you can proactively manage compliance-specific issues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how these alerts work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Select the Domains:<\/strong> Choose individual domains, domain groups, or a mix using our new multi-domain selector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Set a Timeframe:<\/strong> Define how often the system checks for changes (e.g., every 3 days). The system reviews the last X days to determine if an alert is needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Choose Your Threshold:<\/strong> Set limits as a percentage or a specific number of emails.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you set up alerts for an individual domain, you\u2019ll receive a notification when that domain exceeds your defined threshold. Alternatively, if you group multiple domains together, the system will monitor their combined email volume, so an alert will be triggered when the total volume across all selected domains surpasses your threshold.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, if you add a new domain to an existing group, the system will automatically start monitoring it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
