Billing Configuration (Required)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can customize how domain reporting and billing sync between EasyDMARC and SyncroMSP, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose whether to enable domain reporting or limit the integration to alerts and ticketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select or create a SyncroMSP Service to map domain usage and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decide whether to include parked domains and assign them to a service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Set a reporting frequency:<br \/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>First day of the month<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0 We\u2019ll update the provided Products once a month with the total number of domains that were valid in the past month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom date of your choice <\/strong>\u2013 <strong>\u00a0<\/strong>We\u2019ll update the provided Products once a month on a specified day with the total number of domains that were valid during the preceding period.<br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When updating the Products, we update the:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Product unit counts<\/strong> (number of domains)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Invoice descriptions<\/strong> (listing domain names)<br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These updates feed directly into your recurring invoice templates, ensuring accurate and timely billing based on actual usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note: <\/strong>These Products are used in SyncroMSP&#8217;s recurring invoice templates as line items. You set up each Product with details like cost, selling price, and description. Alerts and Ticket Mapping (Optional)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ticketing is a key part of how MSPs manage customer issues in SyncroMSP. Tickets can be created from many sources, like emails, calls, alerts, and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With our integration, EasyDMARC alerts can now automatically generate tickets in SyncroMSP, helping you stay on top of important changes and potential threats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How It Works<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select a Domain Group (your customer) within EasyDMARC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll then see a list of available alerts for that Domain Group, such as \u201cDMARC Record Changed\u201d or \u201cSPF Record Changed.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select default ticket settings, such as \u201cIssue Type\u201d and \u201cPriority\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once everything is set up and an alert is triggered in EasyDMARC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A detailed ticket is created in SyncroMSP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ticket includes customer information, alert subject, and technical details (such as old vs. new DNS record values)<br \/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Alerts and ticket statuses are not automatically synced.
