Although the company had been operating for over a year, no in-depth analysis had been conducted into SPF, DKIM, or DMARC on its domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A growing concern about missed communications and the fact that DNS changes could go unnoticed prompted Julia to investigate a reliable and user-friendly email authentication solution. \u201cI needed something that would monitor our email to make sure nothing was being messed up,\u201d she explained. As someone with no technical background, Julia wanted a platform that could translate complex authentication data into actionable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-solution-an-easy-to-use-platform-and-hands-on-support\">The Solution: An Easy-to-Use Platform and Hands-On Support<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After researching email authentication solutions online and watching YouTube videos on the topic, Julia discovered EasyDMARC. \u201cEasyDMARC was the most frequently mentioned solution among YouTubers and in help guides,\u201d she said. \u201cSo it was a pretty easy decision to sign up for their free trial.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the beginning, EasyDMARC\u2019s platform stood out for its intuitive design and managed solutions. \u201cI\u2019m not a technical person. Looking into DNS was very confusing. When we first started, it was around 70%,\u201d Julia explained. \u201cAmazon SES started at under 50%, and now it\u2019s increased to over 90%.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementing a DMARC reject policy also revealed a hidden layer of threat prevention for the company. \u201cI didn\u2019t even realize there were so many people trying to phish us. Now I can see all these phishing attempts, and they haven\u2019t been allowed through,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The greatest value of the product for Julia is the time it saves. \u201cI don\u2019t want to spend a ton of time on this. I want it to be in the background. The alerts are really helpful.
