With mission-critical emails delivered daily to clients traveling for work, they need bulletproof email deliverability and strong brand trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-challenge-confidence-in-genuine-delivered-email\"><strong>The Challenge: Confidence in Genuine, Delivered Email<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When they began scaling operations, Blue Cube\u2019s leadership recognized the importance of ensuring that every outbound email truly originated from their domain. They needed visibility into what was being delivered and what wasn\u2019t, including third-party systems sending on their behalf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin Trill, Director of Technology at Blue Cube, emphasized the need for ongoing visibility into Blue Cube\u2019s email traffic: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cSetting DMARC is one thing and that was extremely easy to do, and once you have it set up you get visibility on what\u2019s being reported, and what the success rate of the email you are sending is. The problem is that DMARC reports are not human-readable. Here is where EasyDMARC came in. Their email channel is predictable, reliable, and trusted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kevin also noted how EasyDMARC\u2019s responsive support made a difference even in edge cases: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThere was a strange case where an email wasn\u2019t delivered, and I was able to figure out the issue; it turned out to be related to how Google handles calendar invites when they\u2019re forwarded.
