{"id":55642,"date":"2025-11-28T10:07:50","date_gmt":"2025-11-28T10:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/?p=55642"},"modified":"2026-02-13T11:43:30","modified_gmt":"2026-02-13T11:43:30","slug":"agile-crm-spf-dkim-setup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/agile-crm-spf-dkim-setup\/","title":{"rendered":"SPF and DKIM Setup For Agile CRM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This instructional article will demonstrate the Agile CRM configuration process of Sender Policy Framework (SPF), DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) Signatures to ensure Autotask passes the DMARC alignment check and eliminates spam from your domain, and increases security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SPF record identifies the mail servers and domains that are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. The DKIM record, on the other hand, is a specially formatted DNS TXT record that stores the public key the receiving mail server will use to verify a message\u2019s signature. These email authentication methods will be used to prove to ISPs and mail services that senders are truly authorized to send email from a particular domain, and are a way of verifying your email sending server is sending emails through your domain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agile CRM is an all-in-one customer relationship management (CRM) platform that helps businesses manage sales, marketing, and customer service in one place. It offers features like contact management, email campaigns, automation, deal tracking, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Click on your profile, then go to the <strong>Admin Settings<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. From the left sidebar, navigate to the <strong>Email Settings<\/strong> section &gt; <strong>DKIM &amp; SPF Settings<\/strong> page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"603\" height=\"346\" src=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-28-at-13.57.38.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55643\" srcset=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-28-at-13.57.38.png 603w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-28-at-13.57.38-300x172.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>3. You will see a section where you need to specify your domain name that you want to authenticate for sending emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Once you add your domain, the system will generate the required DNS records (2 <strong>TXT<\/strong> and 1 <strong>MX<\/strong> record) that you need to publish in your DNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. You also have the option to add CNAME records instead of TXT records by clicking on the <strong>Get CNAME Records<\/strong> button, and the system will generate three CNAME records instead of the 2 TXT and 1 MX records, which you can verify using a <a href=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/tools\/cname-record-checker\">CNAME record lookup<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important note: <\/strong><em>Whether you go with the TXT or the CNAME records doesn\u2019t matter, as the SPF and DKIM configurations will be completed either way.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignfull size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"603\" height=\"419\" src=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-28-at-14.02.14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-55645\" srcset=\"https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-28-at-14.02.14.png 603w, https:\/\/easydmarc.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Screenshot-2025-11-28-at-14.02.14-300x208.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>6. In my case, I\u2019m going with the 2 TXT and the MX record option. Once the records are published and after waiting for propagation, navigate back to your Agile CRM dashboard and click on the <strong>Verify<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Allow some time for the records to propagate. Once they have propagated successfully, Agile CRM will validate the records for your added domain, and you will see them as verified\/valid with green checkmarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"7\"
