It automates tasks, enforces workflows and SLAs, and tracks email volume and responses.<br \/>Below is a brief breakdown of how to configure it with the needed email security protocols and meet DMARC requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spf-for-zoho-desk\"><strong>SPF for Zoho Desk<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoho Desk\u2019s SPF setup doesn\u2019t support SPF alignment, as it uses its own Mail From domain for bounce management. Since SPF will always fail for its emails, setting up SPF for Zoho Desk is unnecessary. For more comprehensive guidance about SPF capability from different sources, check the details in <a href=\"https:\/\/support.easydmarc.com\/knowledge-base\/understanding-spf-alignment-and-capability-for-different-esps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">our article<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, it\u2019s crucial to configure DKIM for the Zoho Desk to make sure the emails are DMARC compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-dkim-for-zoho-desk\"><strong>DKIM for Zoho Desk<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1.
