This allows the receiving server to check if the message has been sent from an authorized sender, faked, or changed upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-process-of-configuring-spf-and-dkim\"><strong>The process of configuring SPF and DKIM<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Log in<\/strong> to your FreshService platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Navigate to <strong>Admin &gt; Channels &gt; Email Settings and Mailboxes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. After saving, the email will appear on your dashboard with a <strong>Not Validated<\/strong> status. Click <strong>Get Started<\/strong> to generate the required SPF and DKIM records. Copy and paste the four CNAME records into your DNS zone and save them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Screenshot below will show you the example of the records. Once the DNS changes have propagated, return to your FreshService dashboard and click <strong>Verify<\/strong>.
