EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.

Currently, we’re looking for a highly skilled Head of Marketing to help us build the EasyDMARC brand and promote our offerings. The ideal candidate has extensive marketing experience and a comprehensive knowledge of branding. He/she has the ability to lead a team of writers, designers, and outside vendors while keeping a focus on outcomes to propel our business forward.

There are a few main objectives for this role:

  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Oversee and grow the marketing team, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth through qualified leads that drive pipeline and bookings
  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our marketing plan, working closely with management, products, sales, and distribution partners. Create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences for our products and services
  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations
  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales
  • Establish a regular meeting cadence with sales management to review the pipeline, resolve challenges, present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed and providing post-event reports and analysis
  • Work collaboratively with appropriate team members to  develop and implement all marketing campaigns and strategies that align with EasyDMARC’s messaging and strategies
  • Coordinate a global program to manage and optimize the design, content, layout, customer segmentation and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications across the various regions we support
  • Measure campaign results and optimize the lead nurture tracks to increase conversion traffic
  • Manage the setup of all lead generation campaigns
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant programs
  • Lead the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy, including organic search engine performance and goal setting based on site impression, clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions
  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content and webinars around important, relevant terms
  • Work with channel marketing to support the creation of effective, sustainable, scalable, and measurable channel marketing programs
  • Develop communication plans and compelling email content to drive partner engagement

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Marketing or business-related subjects
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing leadership
  • 10+ years of experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in cybersecurity (ideally email security ) 
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Based in the USA, Central or Eastern Time zone
  • Infectious, positive, can-do attitude
  • Competence in selecting and rolling out digital marketing tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Full spectrum of marketing landscapes (product marketing, lead generation, communications) 
  • Presentation skills 
  • Experience working in multinational teams
