Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer who is skilled in writing, executing, and automating test cases. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development and various testing methodologies to ensure software functionality and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and cases
• Perform functional and non-functional tests
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts
• Write comprehensive bug reports and update issues in appropriate tracking tools
• Improve product test coverage through research and innovation
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams during product discussions
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of the product and its domain

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on B2B SaaS web application testing
• 1+ years of experience in writing test automation scripts using Playwright/Cypress 
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience in API testing
• Proficiency with Chrome DevTools and other web-testing tools
• Experience in Jira (or similar) systems
• Experience in performing testing is a plus
• Familiarity with basic SQL queries is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
