Every Team Sends. No One Sees the Full Email Health Picture.
Marketing, Product, Sales, Support, and transactional systems all send through different tools. Each team sees its part. IT often sees the problem only after performance starts to deteriorate.
01 · More teams send
More teams and tools send email
Marketing platforms, product and transactional systems, and support tools send across multiple domains, IPs, and streams.
02 · Data is scattered
Data is scattered
ESP dashboards, bounce and SMTP logs, reputation tools, Postmaster, SNDS, blocklists, and tests all sit apart.
03 · Warning signs missed
Warning signs get missed
Performance changes, reputation decline, deferrals, or filtering can build without a single operational view.
04 · IT reacts late
IT reacts late
Investigation starts after users, customers, or the business are already seeing the impact.
Email health is split across tools
You cannot easily see how every mail stream is performing from one place.
Different teams own different pieces
Sending data, infrastructure, reputation, and receiver signals sit across systems and teams, making the full picture hard to own.
Problems surface too late
Declining reputation, deferrals, filtering, or sending issues may only get attention after important email is already affected.
Email performance is an infrastructure responsibility, not just a marketing metric
This is not a campaign dashboard. Sender Insights gives IT the operational view across the domains, infrastructure, authentication, and sending systems behind business email, so teams can spot degradation, investigate faster, and verify recovery.

Operate sender health across the whole environment
Bring sender behavior, reputation, receiver evidence, delivery signals, and technical context together so email issues can be handled as infrastructure operations, not isolated campaign problems.
Observe. Assess. Control.
Use one operating model to see the full sending environment, understand what changed, pinpoint the affected sender or mail stream, and know where action is needed.
See the whole sending environment
Bring mail streams, sending sources, delivery evidence, reputation, and receiver-side signals into one operational view instead of reconstructing the picture across separate tools. This gives teams continuous email deliverability monitoring across the sending environment.
See domains, platforms, IPs, and mail streams together.
Monitor performance, bounces, deferrals, rejections, reputation, and receiver signals.
Bring Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS, and blocklist intelligence into the same context.
Use Inbox Placement Testing, Email Investigation & Preview, and Email Verification alongside live sender signals.

Understand what changed and pinpoint where the problem is
Connect performance changes with sender behavior, reputation, receiver feedback, delivery evidence, and technical context so teams can narrow the issue to the source, platform, IP, or mail stream that needs attention.
Compare healthy and underperforming mail streams side by side.
See reputation or receiver-signal changes in the context of the sender they describe.
Use connected evidence to understand which conditions may be contributing.
Prioritize where to investigate next instead of switching blindly between dashboards.

Take the right action and verify recovery
Once Sender Insights shows where performance is deteriorating and what may be contributing, it turns the finding into a prioritized remediation path so teams know what needs attention, where action belongs, and what to verify afterward.
Prioritize issues by affected sender, mail stream, impact, and available evidence.
Surface clear recommended actions for the issue that needs attention.
Route remediation to the right control point, whether that is the sending platform, Authentication, DNS Manager, reputation process, or another responsible system.
Track the issue after action and verify whether delivery, reputation, and sender health return toward the expected state.

What is EasyDMARC Sender Insights?
Sender Insights gives teams a connected view across their mail streams and sending sources. It brings performance, delivery evidence, reputation, receiver signals, and sender health together so teams can see what changed, pinpoint what needs attention, and prioritize the right next action.
How is Sender Insights different from Authentication?
Authentication establishes which systems are authorized to send and whether SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are aligned. Sender Insights focuses on how your sending sources and mail streams are performing, including sender health, reputation, receiver feedback, delivery evidence, placement, and performance.
Does Sender Insights guarantee delivery or inbox placement?
No. Mailbox providers make their own acceptance, filtering, and placement decisions. Sender Insights helps teams understand and operate the identity, infrastructure, sender, reputation, and receiver-side conditions that may influence delivery and deliverability.
What reputation data does Sender Insights bring together?
Sender Insights connects domain and IP reputation, blocklist status, complaint and provider-side signals, including integrations such as Google Postmaster and Microsoft SNDS, with the mail streams and sending activity they describe.
Can Sender Insights monitor multiple ESPs and sending systems?
Yes. The module is built around a unified view of sending across multiple ESPs, domains, IPs, tools, and mailstreams so teams can understand the environment as a whole rather than one platform at a time.
What is APRF?
Aggregate Performance Reporting is an emerging mailbox-provider reporting standard. In Sender Insights, APRF is a Beta capability that can add receiver-reported inbox/spam treatment and engagement trends for providers that support it. It should not be interpreted as overall inbox placement across all mailbox providers.
How does Sender Insights support email deliverability monitoring?
Sender Insights connects mail-stream performance, sender health, reputation, receiver signals, delivery evidence, and technical context so teams can detect degradation earlier, isolate the affected sender or stream, investigate contributing conditions, and verify recovery after action.
