We are a dynamic team passionate about cybersecurity and dedicated to helping organizations protect their email infrastructure from phishing attacks and email fraud.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for technical roles within the technology industry. This individual will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growing team of cybersecurity experts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each role
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract qualified candidates
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with EasyDMARC’s values and objectives
  • Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges for candidates as needed
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment best practices and initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, particularly in software development and cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively source and attract top technical talent using a variety of recruitment methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Passion and a genuine interest in helping to build a world-class team of professionals
