Managed DMARC enforcement, without DNS tickets.
Managed DMARC for enterprise IT teams.
No Credit Card Required
90,000+ organizations trust EasyDMARC worldwide
Six reasons teams move DMARC out of DNS.
A managed DMARC service removes routine DNS dependency by centralizing policy changes, validation, and rollback in one controlled workflow.
01
Every policy change becomes another DNS task.
- DNS access, approvals, and propagation add friction
- Repeated edits slow policy progression across domains
02
Enforcement keeps getting postponed.
- Teams fear disrupting legitimate senders
- Rolling back means another production DNS change
03
Subdomain policy is hard to govern.
- Inherited and explicit policies can diverge
- Parent and subdomain policy states need coordinated control
04
Change history is difficult to reconstruct.
- The current DNS record does not explain why it changed
- Ownership, approval, and previous values can be unclear
05
Reporting can fail without an obvious policy error.
- External RUA destinations require DNS authorization
- Missing authorization can create gaps in aggregate reporting
06
Multi-domain enforcement becomes an operations problem.
- Policy state spreads across DNS providers, tickets, and spreadsheets
- Consistency becomes harder as the domain portfolio grows
How Hosted DMARC enforcement works in EasyDMARC.
Publish a hosted DMARC record once. Manage every change from the dashboard with validation, ramps, rollback, and an audit trail.
Publish once. Manage every change from the dashboard.
After the first publish, every policy change happens in the EasyDMARC UI. No more DNS tickets. No cross-team coordination on every adjustment.
- Pick policy: None / Quarantine / Reject from policy cards
- Set subdomain policy (sp) independently or same as parent
- Edit alignment (aspf, adkim) without touching DNS
- Configure RUA, RUF, fo, ri from the same UI

Move to p=reject without breaking legitimate mail.
Use the Enforcement Percentage (pct) tag to ramp gradually. If something misbehaves, roll back to the prior version in one click.
- Ramp pct gradually: 25 to 50 to 75 to 100
- Rollback to any prior version in one click
- Pre-save validation catches bad combos before publish
- Aggregate reports from DMARC reporting and monitoring show real sender behavior at every step

Keep parent and subdomain policies aligned.
Set the subdomain policy (sp) once, apply it across child domains. Use templates and bulk actions to push the same configuration to dozens of domains in a single operation.
- Set sp = same as parent or custom per child domain
- Bulk-apply policy templates across the portfolio
- Apply consistent policies across the domain portfolio
- Standardize alignment and reporting across domains

Every change versioned, attributed, and reversible.
When an incident happens or compliance asks for evidence, the audit trail answers the questions. Who changed the policy. What changed. When.
- Versioned change history with full attribution
- Approvals and RBAC on policy changes
- Rollback to any prior version with TTL guidance
- Export change logs for auditors and reviewers

What changes when DMARC moves into a dashboard.
Managed DMARC services give security teams faster policy control while preserving DNS ownership, rollback, and a complete record of every change.

Days back to your team.
Operational
- Time-to-change drops from days via DNS to minutes via UI.
- No more DNS tickets for routine policy adjustments.
- Ops separation: security owns policy, DNS team keeps zone control.
- One dashboard for every domain in the portfolio.

Safe enforcement, reversible decisions.
Risk
- Move to p=reject safely with pct ramps and validation.
- One-click rollback to any prior version.
- Catch misconfigurations before they reach production.
- Subdomain drift gets caught and corrected automatically.

Enforcement velocity at scale.
Strategic
- More domains reach p=reject, faster, safely.
- Audit-ready change history for SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, NIST.
- Verified RUA/RUF so reports actually arrive.
- Standardized posture across brands, regions, clients.
Connect Managed DMARC to the systems your team already uses.
Connect DNS, identity, alerts, and automation without changing the systems your teams already operate.
Works with the email infrastructure you already use
Managed DMARC operates at the domain-policy layer, so organizations can continue using their existing mail and sending platforms while managing DMARC centrally.
Existing mail environment
DNS providers
Manage supported DMARC and DNS workflows through the providers that already host your DNS.
Identity & access
Keep platform access under your existing enterprise identity provider.
Alerts & workflows
Send supported DMARC alerts to the channels your teams already monitor.
API & automation
Use the EasyDMARC REST API and webhooks to connect DMARC data with your own workflows.
Audit-ready by default.
Every policy change is versioned, attributed, and reversible. Show reviewers exactly who changed what and when, without rebuilding the timeline from scratch.
Versioned policy history
Every DMARC change captured with full attribution: who, what, when.
One-click rollback
Restore any prior policy with TTL guidance for safe propagation.
Approvals and RBAC
Security owns policy changes without holding DNS credentials.
What customers say.
DMARC can be very tricky. There are a lot of single-letter tokens that go into a DMARC record, and even a single typo can glitch a record. By having an EasyDMARC web interface, we could actually see better documentation of how those individual tokens within the record worked, and we could add management to it so that we can set our values as we desired with full understanding. And when we need to make changes, it's easy to do from a webpage, rather than by hand, figuring out what our DMARC record should now be changed to, then going into our infrastructure's code systems, changing DNS there, and then waiting for it to propagate out.

What is hosted DMARC management?
Hosted DMARC means the DMARC record is published once in DNS via a CNAME, then every subsequent policy change happens in the EasyDMARC dashboard instead of DNS. Policy values (p, sp, pct, aspf, adkim, rua, ruf, fo, ri) are managed centrally with validation, approvals, rollback, and a full audit trail.
What is a DMARC managed service?
It means EasyDMARC hosts and manages the DMARC policy record, while your team retains full control of the DNS zone. After the first CNAME publish, every policy change, validation, and rollback happens in the dashboard. DMARC managed services are most useful for teams that need repeatable policy changes across many domains without opening a DNS ticket for every update.
How does DMARC enforcement work without DNS access?
After the initial CNAME is published in DNS, the DMARC record content is hosted by EasyDMARC. The CNAME points to a dynamic record that updates the moment you save changes in the dashboard. The DNS team is only involved in the first publish.
Will moving to p=reject break our legitimate email?
Not if you ramp gradually. Use the Enforcement Percentage (pct) tag to start at 25%, then move to 50%, 75%, and 100% as you verify nothing legitimate is failing. Aggregate reports show real sender behavior at every step. If anything misbehaves, roll back to the prior version in one click.
Can subdomain policies be managed separately from the parent?
Yes. The subdomain policy (sp tag) is set independently. You can choose same as parent for consistency, or assign a custom enforcement level for child domains. The dashboard detects parent and child policy drift automatically and surfaces it for review.
Which plans include Managed DMARC?
Managed DMARC is available in Premium and Enterprise plans. Domain count, multi-tenant management, and SSO/RBAC capabilities scale with the tier. Talk to sales for a quote scoped to your domain portfolio.
How does this work alongside SPF and DKIM?
DMARC enforces alignment between the visible From domain and the SPF or DKIM authenticated domain. Managed DMARC handles the policy side. SPF and DKIM stay in their normal places. If you also need SPF managed centrally, pair this with EasySPF on the same dashboard.
