EasyDMARC Integrates with SyncroMSP to Centralize Customer Management

Syncro MSP Integration

We’re proud to announce our new integration with SyncroMSP, designed specifically for MSPs. This integration enables MSPs to sync domain and alert data from EasyDMARC into the SyncroMSP platform, which streamlines alert tracking, customer mapping, and billing configuration in one place.

What This Means for MSPs

With the EasyDMARC and SyncroMSP integration, MSPs can:

  • Simplify billing – Automatically sync domain data for accurate, automated invoicing within SyncroMSP.
  • Centralize management –  View and react to domain-level alerts and customer activity directly within the SyncroMSP dashboard.

How to Enable the Integration

The integration follows four main steps, three of which are required to fully activate the connection.

1. Authentication (Required)

Start by connecting your EasyDMARC and SyncroMSP accounts. You’ll need:

  • Your SyncroMSP subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.syncromsp.com)
  • An API token, generated from your SyncroMSP console

You can read our full Integration Setup Guide here.

2. Billing Configuration (Required)

You can customize how domain reporting and billing sync between EasyDMARC and SyncroMSP, including:

  • Choose whether to enable domain reporting or limit the integration to alerts and ticketing.
  • Select or create a SyncroMSP Service to map domain usage and reporting.
  • Decide whether to include parked domains and assign them to a service.
  • Set a reporting frequency:
    • First day of the month –  We’ll update the provided Products once a month with the total number of domains that were valid in the past month.
    • Custom date of your choice  We’ll update the provided Products once a month on a specified day with the total number of domains that were valid during the preceding period.

When updating the Products, we update the:

  • Product unit counts (number of domains)
  • Invoice descriptions (listing domain names)

These updates feed directly into your recurring invoice templates, ensuring accurate and timely billing based on actual usage.

Please note: These Products are used in SyncroMSP’s recurring invoice templates as line items. You set up each Product with details like cost, selling price, and description. On the selected reporting day, we send you the number of active domains for each Product, and that data is used to automatically update the recurring invoice for your customers.

3. Customer Mapping (Required)

Customer mapping links Domain Groups in EasyDMARC with Customers in SyncroMSP.

You can connect one Domain Group to multiple customers, or multiple Domain Groups to one customer in SyncroMSP.

If there’s a problem with any mapping, an email notification will be sent automatically.

4. Alerts and Ticket Mapping (Optional)

Ticketing is a key part of how MSPs manage customer issues in SyncroMSP. Tickets can be created from many sources, like emails, calls, alerts, and reports.

With our integration, EasyDMARC alerts can now automatically generate tickets in SyncroMSP, helping you stay on top of important changes and potential threats.

How It Works

  • Select a Domain Group (your customer) within EasyDMARC.
  • You’ll then see a list of available alerts for that Domain Group, such as “DMARC Record Changed” or “SPF Record Changed.”
  • Select default ticket settings, such as “Issue Type” and “Priority”.

Once everything is set up and an alert is triggered in EasyDMARC:

  • A detailed ticket is created in SyncroMSP
  • The ticket includes customer information, alert subject, and technical details (such as old vs. new DNS record values)

Please note: Alerts and ticket statuses are not automatically synced. MSPs must manually resolve tickets in SyncroMSP when the corresponding alert is resolved in EasyDMARC.

The EasyDMARC and SyncroMSP integration makes delivering secure, compliant, and efficient email authentication services easier than ever for MSPs. Keep an eye out for our next integration.
