We’re excited to bring our first integration for 2025 to our MSP customers, as the first email authentication provider to integrate with HaloPSA. HaloPSA is an all-in-one software platform that enables MSPs to plan, manage, and track their projects and client business. With this integration, our MSPs can streamline the management and monitoring of their clients’ email authentication, easily bill EasyDMARC services to their customers, and react in real time to events affecting their domains, all from the HaloPSA platform.
Key features of the EasyDMARC and HaloPSA integration include:
- Automated authentication: EasyDMARC accounts can be easily connected to HaloPSA.
- Subscription configuration: MSPs can customize how their subscriptions are created and managed in HaloPSA.
- Customer mapping: EasyDMARC Domain Groups can be mapped to HaloPSA Customers for easy management.
- Alerting and ticketing: EasyDMARC alerts can be automatically converted into HaloPSA tickets for efficient issue resolution
Setting Up the Integration
The integration between EasyDMARC and HaloPSA involves four steps, three of which must be completed to fully utilize the connection. The full setup guide is available here.
1. Authenticate the Connection Between Your EasyDMARC and HaloPSA Accounts
Authentication is done from the HaloPSA platform.
2. Configuration of Subscriptions
The second step involves choosing how subscriptions are created in HaloPSA. Each Sending Domain is saved as a subscription under the respective Customer’s account (based on the mapping in the next step). You can choose to leave the default name or set a custom name for the subscriptions.
3. Customer Mapping
Customer mapping between the two platforms is based on Domain Groups (EasyDMARC) and Customers (HaloPSA). HaloPSA Customers can also use filter options such as: Type, Account Status, or Type of Relationship to enable more straightforward mapping.
4. Alerting and Ticketing Mapping
Tickets are a key element of the HaloPSA platform. Tickets are created by various triggers, such as an email, incoming call, report, alert, or portal request. With this integration, any alerts you have in the EasyDMARC platform can be set up to automatically trigger the creation of a ticket in HaloPSA.
As we said, our first integration for 2025 is a big one. It’s a sign of even better integrations and enhancements that we’ll implement this year. Keep an eye out for the next one.
