Changes to Domain Billing on EasyDMARC

MARC platform. Effective July 1st, 2023, we will be implementing a new accounting methodology to streamline the billing process and provide a more accurate representation of your domain usage.

What’s Changing?

Previously, we calculated the billing for each domain based on the number of emails sent within a 30-day period. However, going forward, we will be adopting a different approach by considering only the domains that are actively engaged in sending emails. As a result, we will no longer include parked domains in the billing calculation.

To ensure a seamless transition to this new method, we kindly request that you review your current domain setup on the EasyDMARC platform and move any non-sending domains to the Parked feature. By doing so, you will avoid being billed for those inactive domains.

We understand that this adjustment may require some time and effort on your part, which is why we are giving you a 30-day grace period starting today.

This will allow you sufficient time to make the necessary changes before the billing cycle commences on July 1st, 2023.

We’ve made this change to align our platform with the evolving industry standards and to improve the accuracy of our billing process. We’re confident that this adjustment will enhance your experience with EasyDMARC and provide you with a more precise representation of your domain usage.

This process can be done quickly and efficiently, and en masse, by checking all the domains you want to move to Park and then clicking on the Change Type on the Domain Management list. Select Park and click Save.
