Setting Up SPF and DKIM for ClickDimension

2 Min Read

ClickDimensions is a marketing automation tool natively built for Microsoft Dynamics 365. It offers features like email marketing, web tracking, lead scoring, campaign automation, web forms, surveys, event management, SMS messaging, social marketing, and detailed analytics. It’s designed to integrate marketing and customer data seamlessly within the Dynamics 365 environment.

Process of setting up SPF

  1. Access your DNS management console.
  2. Go to “Tools & Settings” and select “DNS Template.”
  3. Locate and modify the DNS TXT record associated with SPF.

Publish this record in your DNS records section for your respective domain.

v=spf1 -all

Make sure to save the changes and wait for 72 hours to allow your DNS to process the changes.
