We are currently looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and work closely cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product teams to support, execute, and improve our full-cycle email marketing efforts. 

 

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Assist in planning, creating, and sending email campaigns based on product updates, events, inbound leads, and promotions
  • Build and maintain automation workflows and lifecycle email journeys
  • Help manage the entire email funnel from awareness → engagement/interest → conversion

Journey Mapping & QA

  • Work with the team to fix broken flows and improve the user journey from signup to onboarding and conversion
  • QA all emails before sending — formatting, links, segment targeting, and logic
  • Maintain campaign checklists and improve quality control processes over time

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support weekly/monthly reporting on campaign performance (delivery, open, click, conversion rates)
  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest tests for improvement (e.g. A/B tests, audience tweaks, send time optimization)

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Work with email team and the broader marketing team to align campaign goals and messaging
  • Coordinate email initiatives with other teams (events, webinars, product updates) for better timing and execution
  • Organize and maintain lists, tags, segments, and preferences for clean, effective outreach

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Familiarity with one or more ESPs like Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar
  • Basic understanding of email marketing concepts: segmentation, automation, list hygiene, deliverability, etc.
  • Comfortable working with templates and doing light HTML/CSS edits (bonus if you can QA basic code)
  • Data-literate and can interpret open/click/conversion data and suggest changes
  • Self-starter with good organizational habits and attention to detail
  • Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) for organizing campaigns, tracking performance, and managing lead lists.
  • Close to native verbal and written communication in English
