EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.

We are seeking a Channel Community Manager to join our team who will play a crucial role in expanding our company's presence within the channel by acquiring and nurturing partnerships with communities and marketplaces. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive marketplace and community enablement initiatives by implementing strategic engagement tactics and fostering collaborative relationships
  • Create and manage monthly posts across all communities in alignment with the agreements established with each community
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the channel industry
  • Identify and pursue collaborations with new communities and influencers to expand our reach in the MSP market
  • Work with existing resellers to enable their success
  • Implement strategies to expand our affiliate partner base within the channel industry
  • Oversee events to support community enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the technology or MSP industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
