EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.

EasyDMARC is expanding its Email Deliverability Platform offering and currently we are looking for a strategic, hands-on Commercial Director to lead its commercial growth. We already support customers with Deliverability Services and are ready to take it to the next level.

We’re looking for someone who’s worked inside a deliverability focused platform or service provider and someone who understands how deliverability services are not just built, but also positioned, packaged and taken to market. Longer term, this should lead to a stand alone commercial organization offering Email Deliverability Services.

The main goal for this role is to be commercially responsible for setting up this Service, in close alignment with our VP of Deliverability Platform. We’re looking for a strategic, hand-on professional who can develop and execute a go-to-market strategy from the ground up.  The perfect candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing field and at least 5 years of experience selling Email Deliverability Services.

 

Here are the main objectives for this role:

  • Define the proposition
  • Identify and target the Ideal Customer Profile
    • Selling into these profiles to proof the proposition
  • Working in close collaboration with the VP of Deliverability to define the product
  • Working in close with product marketing to position the service effectively, craft messaging, and support go-to-market initiatives

This is a really great opportunity for a self-starter, who has experience selling these kinds of services, and is ready for the next step to prove he/she is ready to set it up from scratch.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming requests for Deliverability Platform
  • Build out the proposition
  • Define the right ICP
  • Sell Deliverability Services and making sure internally that the right post sales activities take place
  • Work closely with the VP of Deliverability to evolve and sharpen our deliverability service offer & positioning
  • Support GTM efforts by refining how we talk about and package deliverability solutions
  • Help productize our service offerings
  • Provide insights on competitive positioning, feature gaps, and messaging improvements that win deals
  • Help with targeting the right ICP

Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of selling Deliverability Services or Platform
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Experience with selling globally
  • Work remotely, but preferably based in US or Europe
  • You've had hands-on experience selling, supporting, or helping operationalize deliverability offerings
  • You've worked cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, or marketing to bring deliverability services to market

Target KPIs for this role:

This role includes a target, with a bonus payout.
