EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.
We are currently looking for a passionate and result-oriented Customer Success Manager to oversee the strategic and supportive interactions with our customers at each stage after the initial sale.
This position's primary responsibility is to build effective relationships with current customers to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues, and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals by handling small and medium-large customers of EasyDMARC.
The Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for new customers’ onboarding, the renewal process, and customer growth by providing pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsells and then successfully and efficiently closing those opportunities.
There are a few main objectives for this role:
- Taking over the customers from the sales department as soon as the signature is in
- Making sure that the customer is onboarded properly
- Supporting the customers within a portfolio, improving the processes of renewals, up- and cross-sell, and customer enablement constantly
Job Responsibilities
- Make sure that all small to midsize customers are onboarded and have started using the services (manually or by automating the process)
- Answer non-support-related incoming requests from existing customers
- Make sure that all portfolio customers are aware of EasyDMARC’s services portfolio
- Make sure that portfolio customers receive information about renewals and are renewed (including upsell/cross-sell if possible)
- Find new opportunities for cross and upsell within portfolio customers constantly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
- At least two years of experience in marketing or sales/CSM role (preferably with a bit of marketing background)
- Tech background or experience selling IT Solutions is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRM is preferred
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Good project management skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to build rapport with customers via phone, email, and video conferencing
CSM target KPIs:
- Target or commission is part of the salary package
- Targets will be set on upsell, cross-sell and renewals
