EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented MSP Customer Success Manager to join our MSP Growth Team team for building and promoting long-lasting customer relationships in international markets.

The main goal for this role is to be responsible for growing the existing MSP partners of EasyDMARC and growing the revenues coming from them. The perfect candidate has a bachelor’s degree in a business or marketing field and several years of experience as a Customer Success Specialist.

Here are the main objectives for this role:

  • Grow revenue base in existing MSP accounts within your portfolio
  • Handling all inbound requests from existing MSPs 
  • Reaching out to the existing base of MSP partners
  • Actively support the MSP partners in their marketing and sales efforts  
  • Coming up with ideas for campaigns to grow the revenues of EasyDMARC’s existing partners
  • Improving the current MSP Program
  • Liaise between partner and product team for new product requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Close working relation with MSP channel Manager for strategy and execution of objectives
  • Win, maintain, and expand relationships with existing MSPs
  • Support MSPs actively in their marketing and sales efforts
  • Actively inform the MSP base on new product developments and how those can help them to grow their business
  • Continuously improve the existing marketing materials in association with EasyDMARC’s marketing team
  • Review and discuss the current Programs for MSPs and improve them
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts
  • Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. 
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis. 

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in verbal and written English
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
  • Tech background or experience selling IT Solutions is plus
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales/CSM role (preferably with a bit of marketing background)
  • Leadership skills and experience
  • CRM software proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills
