EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner who will be responsible for translating high-level product initiatives into actionable development plans, ensuring alignment between business objectives and product delivery, and driving the seamless execution of our product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives
- Translate high-level product requirements and initiatives from Product Managers into detailed user stories
- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure a great user experience
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Define acceptance criteria and make final calls on what is considered "Done"
- Ensure the development team understands the product requirements and business context
- Act as the main point of contact for clarifications during development
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather feedback and adjust priorities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or a similar role
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in backlog management, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities
- Experience in SaaS or cybersecurity products is a plus
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence
