We are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the US to help accelerate our growth by engaging high-value prospects, primarily in North America.
This is a senior-level SDR role focused on outbound pipeline generation for our US-based Enterprise Account Executives. We're looking for someone who has successfully booked meetings with large organizations, thrives in multichannel outbounding, and brings deep familiarity with modern sales tools. Bonus points if you've worked in the cybersecurity space.
Job Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting into large Enterprise accounts in North America
- Build and execute strategic outbound sequences using a combination of cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise AE team to align on ideal customer profiles, messaging, and target accounts
- Maintain detailed activity tracking and lead handoff in HubSpot CRM
- Monitor and manage inbound leads and ensure timely, qualified follow-up during US business hours
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback loops
- Help mentor junior SDRs by sharing best practices and helping shape outbound strategy
Required Qualifications
- Based in the US (preferably Eastern Time Zone)
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role, with a track record of success booking meetings with Enterprise-level companies
- Experience in B2B SaaS—cybersecurity industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with evolving processes
- Fluent in multichannel prospecting, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with HubSpot, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar sales enablement tools
- Organized, self-motivated, and outcome-oriented
- Curious, coachable, and eager to keep learning and experimenting
KPIs:
- Meetings booked with qualified Enterprise prospects
- Pipeline contribution to Enterprise AEs
- Consistency in outreach activity and response rate optimization
