Currently, we are seeking an MSP Marketing Manager to join our team who will play a crucial role in expanding our company's presence within the MSP market by identifying, acquiring, and nurturing partnerships with MSPs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry and possesses good communication and marketing skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive marketplace and community enablement initiatives by implementing strategic engagement tactics and fostering collaborative relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the MSP industry
- Identify and pursue collaborations with businesses and influencers to broaden our reach in the MSP market
- Implement strategies to expand our base of affiliate partners within the MSP industry
- Ensure ongoing support for MSP clients by working with our customer success team
- Assist the MSP sales team by creating sales collateral, presentations, and videos/animations that highlight the value of our services to MSP prospects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the technology or MSP industry
- Strong understanding of MSP market dynamics, trends, and challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
