EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.
EasyDMARC is looking for a dedicated Partner Manager to support bringing in new Managed Service Providers (MSP’s) and Resellers and to grow business with existing Resellers within the APJ Region. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing and several years of experience working with or selling to IT Resellers and/or MSP’s.
This is a revenue-focused role, and success will be measured by sales generated through the Reseller and MSP channel.
Key Objectives:
- Identify and engage potential Reseller Channel Partners, leveraging your network and conducting cold outreach when needed
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns to attract new Resellers
- Execute and continuously improve the Reselling Partner Program with the Channel Team
- Build strong relationships with new and existing partners to drive revenue growth. Your target is based on the revenue coming through this Reseller channel.
- Identify new MSP partners and make sure there is a good handover to the MSP Acquisition team so they can close the deal.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire, manage, and expand relationships with assigned Resellers and MSP’s
- Connect to MSP’s in the APJ Region, mainly during events
- Work closely with Account Managers and SDRs who support deal closure for the Reseller Channel
- Ensure effective follow-up with all signups and convert them into active partners
- Encourage Resellers to generate leads and promote EasyDMARC services
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and SDRs
- Review and improve Reseller Programs with input from EasyDMARC leadership
- Proactively support newly signed Resellers with marketing and sales enablement
- Coordinate internal teams (Support, Sales, Management) to meet partner expectations
- Meet or exceed revenue and strategic objectives for assigned Reseller accounts
- Lead joint planning sessions with Resellers to define shared performance goals and milestones
- Regularly assess and respond to partner needs
- Support Resellers in selling to end users, in coordination with their sales resources
- Focus for this role is on Resellers, MSP should take about 20% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Native English proficiency
- Creative, adaptable, and experienced in developing Reseller Partner Programs
- Proven sales experience; marketing experience is a plus
- At least 7 years of experience working with or for Technology Resellers (e.g., Telstar, TD Synnex, Bluechip Infotech, Insight, or similar)
- Well-connected within the Reseller ecosystem and able to leverage an existing network and/or well-connected within the MSP ecosystem.
- Willingness to work within a truly global operating company
- CRM software proficiency
- Based in the Australia, preferably Melbourne or Sydney
