Senior DevOps Engineer

EasyDMARC is an All-In-1 Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure.Our mission is to prevent data leakage, safeguard against financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.

We are currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of our development and infrastructure processes, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the collaboration between development and infrastructure operations teams to enhance process efficiency and improve overall system performance.
• Design, implement, and manage strong CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, test, and deployment processes, enabling faster and more reliable releases.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment to minimize manual intervention and increase consistency.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to define and manage infrastructure in a declarative, consistent, and reproducible manner across various environments.
• Oversee and enhance monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance tracking, issue detection, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage and maintain development, testing, and production environments, ensuring consistency and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports, providing status updates on key tasks and initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and swift problem resolution.
• Managing and optimizing hybrid cloud and on-premise infrastructures
• Maintain and improve infrastructure components to ensure higher SLAs.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in managing complex, scalable infrastructure.
• Extensive experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar, with the ability to create efficient and maintainable scripts.
• Proficiency in Linux (Ubuntu) with 4+ years of hands-on experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.
• Deep expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes, with 3+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with key products of  Oracle and AWS.
• Proven experience with monitoring and log aggregation platforms, with a focus on system performance and reliability.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and GitOps tools and concepts, with the ability to implement and optimize these within a large-scale environment.
• Solid networking knowledge with experience in troubleshooting and optimizing network performance.
• Analytical mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and convey complex technical information clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure, effectively debugging and resolving critical technical issues in a timely manner.
