EasyDMARC is an all-in-one Email Security solution for securing an organization's domain and email infrastructure. Our solution is designed to prevent companies from data leakage, protect them from financial loss, and counter email phishing attacks.
We are looking for a US-based Sales Development Representative (MSP SDR) to accelerate our growth in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity outbounding, loves building relationships at events, and understands the MSP business model.
This is not a traditional SDR position — you will play a key role in developing EasyDMARC’s MSP presence across North America by combining outbound prospecting with frequent travel to industry events, conferences, and roadshows.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Pipeline Generation
- Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting into MSPs and IT service companies across the US & Canada
- Build and execute structured outbound sequences through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video messaging
- Identify high-potential MSP partners and drive qualified meetings for the MSP Acquisition Managers
- Collaborate with the MSP Sales team to refine ICPs, value messaging, and targeting strategies
Event-Driven Lead Generation & Travel
- Travel potentially several times per month to MSP-focused events mainly within the North American territory to trade shows, roadshows, and conferences
- Represent EasyDMARC professionally at booths, workshops, and networking sessions
- Generate high-quality leads directly from events and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support event preparation: prospecting attendees, pre-booking meetings, and coordinating with marketing
Operations & Collaboration
- Manage lead flow in HubSpot CRM with clean and accurate documentation
- Follow up on inbound/outbound MSP leads during US business hours
- Work closely with MSP Acquisition Managers on pipeline priorities and partner development
- Share win/loss insights and help refine messaging based on market feedback
- Serve as a mentor and example for Armenia-based MSP SDRs
Required Qualifications
- Based in the United States (Eastern or Central Time Zone strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, ideally in the MSP or IT services ecosystem
- Proven track record booking outbound meetings with SMB and mid-market prospects
- Prior experience selling or evangelizing B2B SaaS solutions; cybersecurity experience is a strong plus
- Comfortable with frequent business travel across the US/Canada (several trips per month)
- Strong multichannel outbounding skills (calling, emailing, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication skills — personable, professional, and confident in live conversations
- Hands-on experience with sales tools and CRMs
- Highly organized, self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Coachable team player who adapts quickly and thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments
KPIs
- MSP meetings booked and qualified for the MSP AEs
- Pipeline contribution to the MSP Acquisition team
- Activity consistency and engagement metrics (calls, sequences, responses)
